It is a new discipline that incorporates data from practical experiments to try to understand how people make decisions, taking into account their personal experiences and the mental shortcuts they use to make their choices. Understanding these aspects allows us to make better predictions and obtain tangible results.

Behavioral Economics believes that people make decisions according to their habits, personal experiences, and heuristics, tend to make quick choices, suffer influence from their peers and have difficulties balancing long and short-term interests. Thus, we use these principles to develop strategies for guiding choices towards a better decision making.

We are the first to apply Behavior Economics principles in Brazil to solve problems in the public and private sectors. Similar firms have already experienced great success in the United States and Europe and have been hired by large organizations to solve their behavioral problems.

We can apply Behavioral Economics to many different areas, from creating and adapting products to increase sales and improve life quality to fostering the adoption of pension plans in the financial services field and public policies. Organizations are made up of groups of people making decisions and, in almost every step of the process, a proper intervention can lead to a better outcome.
